Correctional Officers - How to Use Your Dark Side for Good

The dark world you chose to work in is just not plain black and white. Reality tells you it just doesn’t work that way and when you realize that the rules you work with fail you in certain predicaments you and you need to know how to get in touch with you dark side so you can do the right things for the right reasons using a little bit of bad for some good.

The first rule you learn is to learn everything you can about the enemy. Using your senses to profile jerks gives you good tools to work with when the time comes. Knowing your enemy is one of the best ways to keep yourself safe from harm in this evil world. Dealing with misconduct that is in plain sight, you quickly learn that some people will do bad things for bad reasons. The secret to dealing with bad people is to know more about their modus operandi and recognize what is happening so you can protect yourself and make better decisions or choices to minimize their evil effects.

Good victims make good targets. You have to know how to make yourself a bad victim and bad target so the enemy won’t mark you and look the other way to find a good victim. Counteracting their behaviors can sometimes be useful in understanding the problem or the person. You might have to temporarily steal someone’s identity and become the same persona you are facing. Using your dark side will enable you to transform into this personality and give you the edge in dealing with any of these problems.

There are tricks to learn to behave differently. Understanding how a predator works is one way, another way is to learn about your environment and consider how you can counteract them making you more evil than your enemy as the more evil tactics you learn, the better you’ve prepared yourself if someone tries them on you.

Remember your enemy is a natural born jerk or a natural evil human being. They are master manipulators and try to plant ideas inside your head without you ever realizing it. They will try to control you if you let them in. they will twist situations so it is always your fault, convince you to do what they want you to do and use pity to be either left alone or given the attention they want for a certain situation so they can shift your attention away from your job and on them.

Recognizing these tactics is good cause to turn to your dark side and counteract them with you own spell of evil. You will need to use their energy to convert your energy to fight them. Once they see how you reacted they are unwilling to follow or complete their evil path as they become a bit concerned and troubled and will likely leave you alone and spend the time looking for another victim that is more easily manipulated and conformed to their way of thinking.

The object is to shut them down or get them the hell as far away from you as possible. There is caution in the wind with these natural born killers as they are the type of people that don’t know they are evil because the behaviors comes so naturally and they are best avoided at all costs. This is one situation where your dark side must take total control and do what is necessary to counteract evil. Evil will always exist in the world, and sometimes that's a good thing, but when it causes harm to others it’s important to remember to forgive.

Everyone makes mistakes. This makes the case that sometimes it is good to be bad. In many ways we are agents of vigilante justice as it is part of our culture. Not following the rules because of dissatisfaction is not always justifiable but the sentiment or manifest can be a good thing at the time of the need to be bad. Sometimes the rules screw us, and we want to fight back. How we choose to do it isn't an easy question to answer, but sometimes doing the right thing can look a little bit more like the wrong one.

When the rules don't necessarily make sense, it may make more sense to break them. When you're trying to get your point across and polite conversation just isn't doing the trick, a little evil can be warranted. An occasional kick in the butt to get the point and start treating people with respect—or at least to understand their current behavior won't be tolerated.

The idea isn't to get revenge for your own benefit, but rather to demonstrate why their behavior is bad. Sometimes the fact that you show your own intolerance to a situation and willing to initiate a confrontation  is the key, and other times you may need to simply mirror what the jerk is doing so he understand what it feels like.
